Against
I am against divided proms principally because these kind of events promote hatred between people of different races, also surely those guys who support those actions will teach their children the same attitude and of course it is not good for a decent social environment. We must respect each other and be tolerant although there are people who can not be our friends (for some reasons) we just have to accept them as they are; simply no more reasons.
Favor
Well, there are not many good consequents to promote these dealings but may be it will help to avoid many problems like fights, abuses even death. Another reason could be that people of the same race have similar behavior and share some thoughts so they can understand each other. But I return to the same position that people must practice their tolerance and respect in other to have a great society in these days, we are civilized enough to do so.
Interesting thoughts Moi. True tolerance and respect is easier said then done.
